Architecture, destruction, and compositing.

Buildings were modeled and UV-mapped in Houdini using SOP Boolean operations. The FX use Bullet destruction, Boolean fracturing, debris particles and geometry, and Pyro smoke. Rendering was completed with V-Ray in Maya, and compositing in Nuke.
